1 & 2 Thessalonians: Living the Gospel to the End
The Ladies Bible Study on 1 & 2 Thessalonians starts on Wednesday morning September 22nd, 2010 at 9.30am and will continue for a total of ten weeks.
We will learn how to remain steadfast in our faith and hopeful, no matter what, as we examine these two epistles of Paul to the Thessalonian church he planted and loved. Each lesson’s five days of questions (along with helpful comments and context) will guide our ladies in a process of careful study and application of the biblical text.
The shape and themes of each epistle should emerge, as well as Paul’s overriding focus on the second coming of Jesus as a constant lens through which to live and learn and even suffer. Paul’s loving encouragement and careful teaching about holy living and working in preparation for Jesus’ coming will speak powerfully to our Ladies today.
